Cody Leas and Rich Klamo were professional, courteous, and did outstanding work. It was necessary for the hot water heater to be pulled to replace the pipe that was spraying water. They showed me where the pipe had leaked. They repaired it in a timely manner. Cody showed the recommended setting for the heater, They also did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completely. On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being excellent, they both are a 10. We had your team install a gas line to our generator and Steven was very professional and a pleasure to deal with! He showed up on time explained exactly what he was going to do and cleanup up after himself. Great over all experience Thanks

Just had Steve from the F&K team out. Very professional and knowledgeable. Keen eye as well, spotted a couple of things that made the repairs much easier (and therefore less expensive). Had Jason from their team out on a previous occasion. Also, very professional. Very happy! They are now my go-to plumbing company! (I'm not hoping for plumbing issues, but if I have any, I know who I'm calling!)

Anthony Cosio came out to do some detective work to see where water was coming from. He located the source, very neatly cut a hole in my ceiling (at my urging) so he could take pictures and see what was happening. He accurately found the leak, and wrote a detailed quote. This was a partial insurance job, so there was some time between quote and the actual repair while it filtered through the insurance claim process. Fast forward to getting the repair done: Blake and Rich arrived, and did an awesome job, making it look easy, though I know it was not. I highly recommend Frost and Kretsch. They were prompt, concise, neat and extremely polite.

Had an unfortunate incident that caused the sewer to back up into our basement bathroom all over causing damage to the floor and walls on Saturday. Called for an emergency service and the 2 guys that came out Sunday were awesome. Very professional, kind and thorough. Highly recommend this company.

Cody and Rich came out and fixed my toilet quick and easy. Toilet went after some work on the waterline down the street, and while Rich fixed the toilet Cody helped me by making sure all my other faucets and drains were clear of debris. Glad to have reliable plumbers I know to call now! Can't recommend enough!

Our water heater cracked sunday afternoon. On recommendation we called Frost & Kretsch Plumming and was able to get on their schedule the next day. Our tech, Cody Leas, walked us through the replacement, answered all our questions and did amazing work. He also made sure our gas line to the tank was brought up to code as well and replaced the worn out water shut off. Great experience, prompt arrival, and will definitely be contacting them for our future plumbing jobs.
